前回に続きローマの模型店「Modellismo Gianni(モデリスモ・ジャンニ)」の様子です。
遺跡を囲んで建つ店舗。
店内は大賑わい。
奥のおじさんは蛍光イエローのMAシャーシを袋で購入。
お客さんは皆それぞれの趣味について熱く語り合っています。
僕のイタリア人の好きなところは本当によく喋るところです。
僕も日本の店頭ではみかけなくなったキットをいくつか購入。
ドローンコーナー
店内を見て回った後に
外のRCカー用オンロードサーキットへ。
大きなピットエリア。
開店間もないにも関わらず多くのレーサー達が集まっていました。
タミヤTシャツを着た僕の姿を見て、日本から来たことを伝えたところ一人のレーサーが興奮気味に腕を見せて来ました。
「俺のタトゥーを見てくれ！タミヤだ！！」
マジか！？
愛されてます。タミヤさん。
そして次は
オフロードサーキットです。
山あり谷ありのワイルドなコース。
走りに真剣な少年。
ここでマシンを走らせてみたい！
RCカーをやりたくなるぜ！

模型は誰もが楽しめる素敵な趣味だ！
お店を満喫した我々が次に向かったのはローマの南東約20kmにあるアルバーノ湖の湖畔です。
ダリオお勧めの観光スポットです。
ここで大人気のパニーニをワインと共に。
ここはカルデラ湖です。
こいつあ美味いぜ！！
アルバーノ湖畔を後にして友人夫婦を駅まで送り、今度はミニ四駆スポーツ大会に向けて準備と移動です。
ダリオの自宅に戻り大会に必要なもの一式を車に積み込んでから向かったのは同じくミニ四レーサーのルカの家です。
ルカの家の近くの花。
彼の自宅裏にあるラボを見学。
各種工具や3Dプリンタがあります。彼がデザインし出力した弾力性のある特性ホイールをもらいました。ありがとう！！
ルカを乗せて次に向かったのはローマの北東にあるモンテロトンド。
ミニ四駆スポーツの会場のある街です。
のんびりとした風景が続きます。
途中ミニ四レーサーマッテオの自宅に寄り、大会で使用するジャパンカップJr.サーキット等を車に積み込み。
犬と共に走り回る子供たち。
窓の外をオリーブの木々が流れます。
これぞイタリア！
それからしばらくして
やっとこさ今夜の宿に到着！
参加者の一部が宿泊する大きな綺麗な宿です。
荷下ろしをしてからメインイベントの会場へ移動！
いよいよ「第2回ミニ四駆スポーツトーナメント」の開催です！

2019 Autumn Holidays⑩”Modellismo Gianni” Part2
Continuing from the last time, it’s the state of the model shop “Modellismo Gianni” in Rome.
The shop built around the remains.
The shop is very busy.
The man in the back bought fluorescent yellow MA chassis in bulk.
All the customers are passionately talking about their hobbies.
My favorite thing about Italians is that they talk a lot.
I also bought some kits that I can no longer see in Japanese stores.

After looking around inside the shop,
To the On-road circuit for RC cars outside.
Large pit area.
Many racers were gathering despite the fact that it was just opened.
Looking at me wearing a Tamiya T-shirt and telling them that I was from Japan, one racer showed his arm with excitement.
“Look at my tattoo! Tamiya!”
WOW!?
You are loved, Tamiya.
and next is
It’s an Off-Road circuit.
A wild course with mountains and valleys.
A boy who is serious about running.
I want to run my RC car here!
I want to do an RC car!

Models are a wonderful hobby that anyone can enjoy!
After enjoying the shop, we headed to the shores of Lake Albano, about 20 km southeast of Rome.
This is nice sightseeing spot recommended by Dario.
Here we take the very popular panini with wine.
here’s a caldera lake.
This is really yummy!
Leaving the shores of Lake Albano, we sent a couple of my friends to the station and now we are preparing and moving for “Mini 4WD Sport tournament”.
After returning to Dario’s home and loading all the necessary equipment for the tournament into the car, we headed to Luka’s house, also Mini 4WD racer.

There are various tools and 3D printers here. I received the elastic characteristic wheel that he designed and printed. Grazie!!
After picking up Luka, we headed to Monterotondo, northeast of Rome.
It’s a town with a venue for “Mini 4WD Sport Tournament”.
The laid-back scenery continues.
On the way, we stopped at the home of Mini 4 Racer Matteo and loaded the Japan Cup junior. Circuit etc. for use in the tournament into the car.

After a while, we finally arrived at the tonight’s inn!
It’s a large, clean inn where some of the participants stay.
We unload some stuff and move to the main event venue!
Finally, “2nd Mini 4WD Sport Tournament” is being held!
