昨日はギヤ比6.4:1のスピードギヤで走ったんですが走りがゆっくりだったので本日はギヤ比5:1のハイスピードギヤでいきます。Yesterday I ran with a speed gear with a gear ratio of 6.4: 1, but since it was running slowly, today I will go with a high speed gear with a gear ratio of 5: 1.

BMX の練習をしているにいちゃんの近くで走りました。

速さはまずまず。しばらくはこれで行きます。
