「LIFE PACKING 2020」に掲載されていたモノで僕が購入したものの紹介。まだ続きます。
四万十うなぎ蒲焼き/黒潮町缶詰製作所
なんと！鰻の蒲焼きの缶詰です。
美味い！！
この缶詰半分未満で玄米一合ペロリでした。
ひつまぶしの方を食べるのも楽しみ。
毛穴撫子 男の子用 重曹つるつる石鹸/石澤研究所
初代LIFE PACKINGで紹介されているのを見て以降、体と髪を洗うのに毛穴撫子を使っていましたが今回は新たに出ている「男の子用」を購入。
撫子なのに男の子とはこれいかに！？
泡立ちもよくこれで体を洗うとスッキリ。

・あご入兵四郎だし/味の兵四郎
これらにグラスフェッドバターを加え、高城さんレシピのあごだし玄米バタースープを作っています。
たまに出社の時にも弁当がわりに持参。
美味い。
一日のうち一食をこれに置き換えると調子が良いです。
他に同じく兵四郎の減塩だしや、茅乃舎だしなども試してお気に入りの味を追求しています。
食べたら運動です。

I’ll continue to introduce the items I purchased from the items listed in “LIFE PACKING 2020”.
Canned Grilled eel “kabayaki”/Kuroshio Cho Canning Factory Co., Ltd.What!? This is a canned eel “kabayaki”.
Delicious!!With less than half of this can, I ate one “go” of brown rice.
*”Go” is a unit of 1 cup of rice before cooking in Japan.
I’m also looking forward to eating Hitsumabushi can.
*This is a set of canned “kabayaki” and canned “hitsumabushi”.
Keana Boy’s Baking Soda Smooth Soap/Ishizawa-LabI’ve been using this soap “Keana Nadeshiko” to wash my body and hair since I saw it introduced in the first “LIFE PACKING”, but this time I bought a new one named “for boys” of this series .
What does this mean “for boys” even though it is a “Nadeshiko” !?
*”Nadeshiko” is a dianthus. “Yamato Nadeshiko” is a word that has been used for a long time in Japan, and is a beautiful name to praise women.
This soap foams well and is refreshing when you wash your body with it.

・Hyoshiro Dashi (Flying soup stock)/Hyoshiro
I add grass-fed butter to these to make the “chin-dashi” brown rice butter soup of Mr. Takashiro’s recipe.
I sometimes bring this as a lunch box when I go to work.
Yummy.
Replacing one meal of the day with this makes me feel better.
I also try Kyoshiro’s low-salt dashi(soup stock) and Kayanoya dashi to pursue my favorite taste.
Exercise after a meal.
