前回の続きです。
This is the continuation of the last post.

ゲームボーイアドバンスSPを分解。
Disassemble the Game Boy Advance SP.

古いゲームボーイアドバンスSPの中身を互換シェルに載せ替えていきます。ヒンジ部分の下記パーツだけはモールドが若干甘めで、バリを取ったりと加工が必要でした。
I’ll replace the inside parts of the old Game Boy Advance SP with a compatible shell. Only the following parts of the hinge part had a slightly loose mold, which required processing such as removing burrs.

液晶パーツが大きいのでシェルの内側を少し加工。
Since the LCD parts are large, I processed the inside of the shell a little.

新しい方を組んでいきます。
I’ll assemble the new one.

ハンダ付けが完了したところ。
The soldering is completed.

バッテリーを取り付け。
Install the battery.

中国からの謎の荷物。
A mysterious parcel from China.

今流行のゲームボーイアドバンスSPのガワ(互換シェル)と
It’s a set of the compatible shell case of the popular Game Boy Advance SP,

IPS液晶のセットです。
and IPS LCD.

こいつをゲームボーイアドバンスSPの基板と共に載せ替えます。I’ll replace this with a new shell along with the electronic board of Game Boy Advance SP.

フロントライトのこの明るさを見よ！
Look at this brightness of the front light!

早速分解していきます。互換シェルはSFCタイプを選択。
I’ll start the disassembly work soon. I chose SFC type shell.

ひたすらバラしていきます。
I disassemble all the old GBA SP.

前回のSDタイプのプラモデルに続き、勢い余って組み立て。
Following the previous SD type Gunpla model, I assembled the new one with a lot of momentum.

今回はリアル等身のガンプラです。HGシリーズ。
This time, I assembled a real type Gunpla. It’s the one of HG series.

足が長い。
His legs are long.

今回20年ぶりにガンプラを組み立てましたが、これはハマりそうだ。

沼が待っている。

良い気分転換になりましたわ。

I assembled a Gunpla for the first time in 20 years this time, and this seems to be addictive. I’m likely to be obsessed with its charm. This was a good break.

ガンプラ組み立て/Assembling “Gun-pula”

コンビニのくじに初挑戦。
First challenge to a convenience store “Gundam 40th Anniversary” lottery.

2枚引いてひとつはC賞のプラモデル。もう一つはクリアファイルセットでした。
I draw two lottery tickets and one is a “C” prize plastic model kit. The other was a clear file set.

ガンプラを組み立てるのは20年以上ぶりです。
It is the first time in more than 20 years to assemble a Gundam plastic model kit.

C賞のキット名は

「SDガンダムEXスタンダード RX-78-2 ガンダムソリッドクリア」The C prize kit name is
“SD Gundam EX Standard RX- 78-2 Gundam Solid Clear”

パーツはこれだけ。シンプルです。
This is all the parts. It’s simple.

BB戦士みたいだ。
It looks like a “BB Senshi” series.

組み立て開始！
Let’s get started!

ミニ四駆が大きく見える。
Mini 4WD looks bigger than usual.

サクサク組めて楽しかったです。
I enjoyed to assemble it easily.

がまだまだ作り足りない！
But I’m still not happy with it and still want to assemble something other “Gun-pula” else!

マグロ解体ショー/a tuna cutting show

ミニ四駆のボディーをバラバラにした話ではございません。
This is not a story of disassembling the body of Mini 4WD.

友人のやっている飲食店でマグロ解体ショーを開催すると言うので見学してきました。
I saw a tuna cutting show held at a restaurant run by my friend.

密を避けるため子供のみ見学可能でしたが、撮影もするため中に入れてもらった次第です。
Only children were able to see it to avoid crowding, but I come inside to take pictures.

LINEでチケットを販売し、ZOOMで中継していました。ナウいね！
At this event, tickets were sold on LINE service and relayed on ZOOM. It’s a trendy style!

見事なさばき具合。
Excellent cutting and handling.その場で中落ちをいただきます。
We ate fresh tuna backbone flesh.

人間はかくも残酷なものか。刺身は美味い。
Are humans so cruel? Sashimi is delicious.

この後一緒に連れてきた女性に公園に行こうと誘われましたが、ミニ四駆仲間が新宿で集まっていると言うので僕はそちらに行くことに。ごめんよ〜。
I was invited by a girl with me to go to the park after this event, but I refused. Instead, I decided to go to Shinjuku, a place where Mini 4WD mates are gathering. Sorry.

新宿でミニ四駆仲間に合流し、駿河屋やヨドバシカメラを見て回り皆でつけ麺を食べて帰りました。

久しぶりに会った方々も元気そうで何より。

I met up with our Mini 4WD mates in Shinjuku, looked around Surugaya and Yodobashi Camera, and we all ate tsukemen and went home.

The people I met after a long time seemed to be fine, and above all.

This model reminds me of “Terecoma senshi Donburiman.” It’s a Japanese Toy in ’80s.

It’s a secret that I forgot to put the green onions!

連休初日、久しぶりに美容室で散髪してもらい国会図書館に行き、帰りに歩いて新橋TPFまで行き秋葉原によって帰宅。
On the first day of consecutive holidays, I had my hair cut at a hair salon for the first time in a long time, went to the National Diet Library, walked to Shimbashi TPF, and went to Akihabara and returned home.

8月最後の土曜日。
Last Saturday in August.

国会図書館で過ごして首相官邸横を通って新橋へ行くのがこの夏の定番コースでした。
It was my usual way to spend this summer spending time at the National Diet Library and going to Tamiya Plamodel Factory Shimbashi after passing by the Prime Minister’s residence
